Se comunicó al personal del hotel que no estábamos a gusto por las condiciones de la habitación y sin problema nos resolvieron cambiar de habitación por una mucho mejor. Agradecemos la atención y el servicio.”
“This was a great stay the property is beautiful. Staff is very friendly and accommodating came for a birthday asked for a setup they went above and beyond.I do wish the wifi was a bit better but that was extremely minor. I would def come and stay here again.”
“Astounding beauty outside, a stylish, cozy feeling inside. We stayed in a mountain view room on the main building, and really enjoyed our short stay. We'll be back to try to trails on property. The room is spacious (much larger than it looked in the pictures), the view amazing, and the grounds are gorgeous. Fantastic property, and lovely service. Highly recommended. ”
“공항 근처에서 묵기위해 선택함. 바로 옆 코트야드보다 더 깨끗해 보임. 방은 크지 않으나 지내는데 불편함 없었고 베개가 덕다운같은데 편함. 단점은 샤워부스 문을 아무리 잘 닫아도 물이 새서 바닥에 고이고 샤워물살 약함. 조식은 간단하지만 오믈렛 만들어줌. 방에 공짜 생수 없으나 체크인 때 옆 냉장고에서 무상으로 하나 고르게 해줌. 월마트 매우 가깝고 호텔 앞에 무난한 식당도 두세개 있음”
“We purchased a day pass to enjoy the beautiful hot springs at Rio Perlas Thermal Resort & Spa, and it was absolutely worth it! The pools were relaxing and well-maintained, and we also went on a scenic hike that made the experience even more special. One of the highlights was visiting the farm and getting to pet the animals—it added such a fun, unique touch. We had an amazing time overall and definitely plan to return when we’re back in Costa Rica!”
“Everything about this property and its staff was amazing. It was quiet. It felt very safe. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and safe when I return to Costa Rica I won’t be returning back into San Jose however, if you are, this is a great place to stay”
