“I recently stayed at Red Roof Inn and had a good overall experience. Check-in was quick, the staff was friendly and helpful, and my room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet, conveniently located, and offered good value for the price. I would stay there again and recommend it to travelers looking for an affordable, comfortable place to stay.”

“There was hair all over the outside of the bathtub, I asked for the tv and WiFi to be fixed twice … they failed to do so.”

“They put me in a smoking room when I asked for non smoking room… they did change me to a non-smoking room eventually. Also, the power went out 30 minutes after I arrived at 6:30 PM and never came back on all night and I I departed the next morning at 7 AM. Lastly, there was a property wide fire alarm malfunction at 3:30 in the morning and everyone had to get up and leave their rooms and stand in the parking lot during a downpour in the rain. I am requesting a full refund for this terrible night...
