โMake a reservation if youโre trying to eat on site for dinner. Everyone is so friendly and kind. The location itselfโฆ breathtaking. The views leave you speechless. Itโs the place to stay when in TCI I donโt see myself staying anywhere else when I go back. โ
โEveryone from Fredna to the beach staff made our stay marvelous. Everyone was so polite and welcoming. The room was clean and very detail oriented. They made me and my girlfriend feel like we were family. Definitely highly recommend and will be coming back โ

โThe staff is very polite and helpful, they are always available when you need them. The only thing I didnโt like was the restaurant, the menu is not extensive and the food is not good, at least to our taste.
Went to Hemingways and the food was excellent! โ
โSomerset is so good we almost donโt want to write a review so no one knows about it :)
Just for comparison we went over the the Ritz and had dinner - it felt cold and soulless compared to the Somerset which had amazing warm families, solid amenities, unparalleled size of units, great beach access, pools for all ages and more. Staff is amazing. Tell your friends just not too many. โ
โAwesome small scale property with great beach access and walkable to so many restaurants and shops. Grocery is a short walk and a great option to stock the condo. Tons to do or a great place to just relax. We never had issues finding plenty of beach or pool chairs any time of the day. The whole family agrees - we would go back in a heartbeat! โ

โCheck in was simple. Received and email the day before trip with check in instructions and directions. The property was well maintained. Enjoyed having the swimming pool and private access to the beach. This side of Grace Bay has less crowds than the east side. If you like being away from all the crowds and having a semi private section of beach, this is the place to stay.โ
โTerrific staff - front desk, Concierge, servers, bartenders and beach team. Quiet, immaculately clean, spacious rooms and bathroom. All staff attentive and SO NICE! Relaxing, beautiful property, quick ride from airport and quick trip to downtown shopping. โ
โExcellent chill environment with a very professional staff. It was a smaller resort which made it very cozy. Booking excursions was easy and the hotel took care of it all. A definite recommendation. โ
โEverything about the Royal West Indies was perfect. Staff very friendly and the grounds are beautiful. One suggestion would be to have a water station for the guests. โ
