“Whilst it’s not in St Helier Town, the hotel has a minibus facility which runs from the hotel to the Town centre. Car hire customers will have no problem accessing free parking outside the hotel entrance. Rooms are a bit dated but scrupulously clean and the shower is clean and towels plentiful and regularly (daily) changed. “Room was dated, but very tidy and clean, pool facilities were okay, but in need of refurbishment. The sauna was out of order and the mini gym lacked a treadmill. We stayed in a family room, it could have done with more towel rails in the bathroom and a drying rack for when the weather is less agreeable. Otherwise, the staff were amazing and made our stay memorable and fantastic. The plentiful parking was a massive bonus, as was the included breakfast.”

“Excellent location with an amazing view. The room was clean and good size. The breakfast is very good with choices of cold and hot, perfect to start the day. Staff is very friendly and efficient, they manage to accommodate us on a diner without booking on a very busy service. Parking is available for £10 per day”

“The room was okay but did not feel like a premium room. It felt a bit tired with a few trip hazzards i.e. lamp cable plus chipped tile in bathroom needs attention. No separate shower or non slip mat. It was difficult getting in and out of the bath. Room was not made up during our stay. However Chloe was very helpful.”

“Fantastic breakfast, with a good selection. Comfortable and clean bedrooms. Was lovely to have the bathrobes which were of a very good quality. It does not appear any twin gold rooms have a view so bear this in mind if that is important to you. Spa was very nice although the jacuzzi was only warm. The heated beds in the relaxation room were nice and the steam and sauna good heat. We chose to eat in the hotel in the evening and the food was very good.”
