"The hotel had a great new gym, a small pool area and decent breakfast and is located in a safe area. Walking distance to an outlet mall, and a short drive (or bus) to Disney. Not giving it full stars because the hotel needs updating, nicer beds and bedding(which is most important for me). The cleaning staff did a good job cleaning but I find it’s hard to make an old building look sparkly clean. "

"The hotel is well located. There is easy access to oublic transportation. Malls around. The room was cleaned everyday. "

"The front desk gentleman was extremely rude. I could forgive the lack of amenities and furniture in general along with the very small bed because of the price but the service was extremely unsatisfactory "

"Very run down - reminded me of a nursing home in the hallways. Might be okay in the main building but avoid the garden tower completely. Bathroom shower floor was stained black with dirt. We wore shoes in the shower. Would never stay here again. Bus service was okay but often leaves early so just be aware and always be at stop at least 5 minutes early. "

"The only complaint was that the bathroom sink kept plugging up it would drain very slowly.i called front desk after 45 minutes no engineer and sink had drain but continue to plug as we used it i didn't report it anymore. Other than that stay was great 👍 "

"Love close to shops and coffee! Very helpful! Clean! Staff friendly! Ac a bit noisy from the top room but nothing that took my sleep away. Clean property. If need in the future will return to this location. "
