โOne issue was when I called guest service and operator to inquire about something the call was not answered due to reduced staffing. They should make sure to answer ph calls from rooms always promptly. โ
โWe had a very pleasant stay and the house was clean and tidy. If you want to experience like staying at home, this is a very good place to stay. The front desk ( Mr.Manivannan/ Mrs.Thanumathy/ Mr.Arun) and support staff ( Mr.Rabi ) was very polite and prompt in their service. Most of the Staffs are Very convenient , helpful staff., very courteous staff.Breakfast facility was also available in the dining area of the respective apartment rooms. โ2 night stop before flying from the airport. A nice hotel, friendly service and complementary breakfast, which is delivered to your room and resembles an airline type meal. The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. Good Wifi and AC. Very close to the metro (8 minute walk) and then 5 stops (15 minutes) to the airport, which is the reason I chose this hotel. If you turn right out of the hotel, that road literally has many dinning local options and snack shops, couldn't have asked for...
