Room seems to be missing furniture. Trash in stairwell. "To begin, we booked a stay at the Comfort Inn and the hotel changed to Spark by Hilton and we were never informed. Room did not have glasses, coffee maker, ice bucket. Literally a bed and towels. Luckily we didn't plan on doing laundry as laundry was out of order. In general, the hotel is subpar and that was not the review the Comfort Inn had received when we booked it."

"This is the second time we've stayed here. We occasionally need to be close to Augusta Valley Health facilities. This will now be our go-to spot for that. It's been newly renovated and was very well done. It's always clean, and staff are very friendly and helpful. (Jamie is especially top notch!) The breakfast offers a wide variety of hot and cold options. I especially love it because they have gluten free items, including muffins. And all of this for a reasonable price. They've earned repeat customers in us! "
