“I thought the hotel looked new or a recent renovation. The lobby was very nice and the staff helpful. It felt very safe.”

“No mountain view. Can't add add-ons after hours. Never spoke with a person, all ai.”

“I stayed at this hotel for one night for our trip to the Blue Ridge Parkway. The room, the bathroom and in particular the bed were clean. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The server in the restaurant was very kind and was making sure that every guest was enjoying the meal. On the other hand, the carpet on the room floor was actually outdated as I already read from other guests' review opinions. I always use fitness centers when I travel. The fitness center at this hotel was...

“Very clean quiet motel. Staff was great. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed my stay. Would definitely stay again”

“Liked that there were two restaurants within walking distance”

“There was NO staff. Had an issue with the electronic lock to my room. Called a number and got instant solution. That's why I rated the staff excellent. Spectacular room and amenities. 8 miles from the southern end of Skyline Drive in Shenandoah. Very convenient.”

“침대시트가 얼룩져있어서 불결 했어요 겉의 이불 도 속 시트도 다 더러 웠어요 ”

“Cleanliness and ease of check in”

“윈터그린리조트에서 보내기위해 숙박했는데 이동 거리가 길어 다소 불편. 호텔주변이 외진 곳인데 비해 다소 비싼 가격에 이용하게 되어 불만. 시설 자체와 서비스는 나쁘지 않음. 실내수영장이 작지만 타올이 비치되어 있고 좋았음.”

“Non-smoking room had awful stale cigarette smoke smell. TV remote was missing batteries. Large stains on chair. Bed linens were dirty. Towels were washed but stained. No towel racks in bathroom. Floors were dirty. No hand soap at sink. Bedside table had sticky substance on it. Room location was poor with a lot of highway noise. Hotel exterior was in poor condition with no office or lounge area. No breakfast or coffee. Arrived late, so no other room was available. I only stayed a few hours and...

“We are very grateful for the stay and for all the kind treatment and the beautiful place.”

“It was our second time staying at Grey Pine Lodge. We had a king room on the second floor. Everything was perfect - clean room, comfortable bed, no issues with the door lock like we had on the previous stay.”

“가성비 최고의 호텔”

“It is a lovely property!”

“Very good ”

“The room was clean enough. But the beds were uncomfortable. The air conditioner sounded like a jet engine. The staff members who greeted us were friendly, even when the computer slowed down as they were trying to check us in. The elevators had a terrible odor. The location of the hotel was convenient - there were plenty of restaurants nearby and it was close to the main routes we needed to access for our trip. Friendly staff maintaining the breakfast area. The food was fine and there was a nice...

“The place was absolutely beautiful and spotless. The view was amazing. The only issue we had was when we asked where it was. We were told Nellysford and didn’t really understand that it was part of the Wintergreen resort so it was much further away from our actual destination. But the place was really amazing. We would stay there again.”
