The room was very comfortable, a little old furniture but nice and spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful, close to restaurants and stores very accessible. I will definitely will stay here again.

Hilton Garden Inn Chicago Downtown/Magnificent Mile
AC did keep the room cool.. insulation could be thicker. The sirens outside were so loud, it sounded like the windows were open. We actually checked, and they weren’t, Same issue with the ice maker directly across the hall.
