They were roaches in the bathroom. The bed had no blanket all sheets. None of the amenities described were available. There was no internet, no ice machine. And the service was substandard. The desk employees acted like they didn't even want to talk to you. The housekeeping staff however were hard working and polite.

Please remove this hotel completely. It is in one of the ABSOLUTE WORSE areas in Chicago unbeknownst to me. What a bittersweet experience nonetheless. When I arrived to check in and provided my driver's license and debit card, I was told my card declined which was not the case at all. I immediately went online and booked a more suitable hotel in a decent area. The next morning there were two withdrawal transactions from the hotel, one for $150 and the other for $8. I went back to the hotel the next day and was told to come to speak to Nil, the manager. After speaking with him today and providing an email from my bank along with a signed and notarized letter, he refused to reverse the transaction. Thankfully the other hotel had professional staff on site along with a clean, pleasing and comfortable environment.

Nothing about this property was clean. It smelled like roaches and the bathroom door was broken in half in room 104. They I got there and they also gave me a key to a room with tenants already in there.
