This hotel has wonderful staff. They were all helpful!!! Breakfast was varied and delicious. I would recommend this hotel for families and for a place to stay not too far from the airport. It would not be convenient for a layover, but worked for us to see a soccer game downtown.

The staff were awesome- especially Celeste. The facility needs some updating (it certainly has seen its fair share of travelers), but it’s clean. Any issue found was addressed instantly. The breakfast was good. The most important feature was the room environment for sleeping: - super cool - black dark - quiet Slept better than I have in years. I normally stay at Hampton Inns, but now- especially for Chicago- this is on my “must stay” list.

This was my first time to The Chi and this hotel staff was amazing. The shuttle driver was efficient in getting us from and to the hotel. The front desk and breakfast staff was top tier. Anything we needed help with, they were great on helping with. I recommend the hotel also because it close to the Blue Line train to go into the city. I will stay here again.
