As a solo traveler this hotel is GREAT! Very close to CTA train and so many restaurant/shopping options. I felt very safe! The restaurant in hotel was great and the staff was very friendly! I so enjoyed this location and would definitely stay here again. The price was also great! Check in/out was very easy and the remote staff was super helpful! Great experience for my first trip to Chicago!!! The room was also super clean and comfortable!!

Second time staying here and love the proximity to Wrigley Field. Rooms are spacious, updated and clean. Great rooftop deck. It’s also pretty quiet for being in the middle of Wrigleyville!

This location is great for going to a Cubs game! The hotel is beautiful and has so much character, the rooms are well maintained and the rooftop has an awesome view, and the staff is very friendly (offering suggestions for food and parking). I traveled with my dog and this was a great option for us to be close to Wrigley and also close to the neighborhoods for walks. They offer complimentary drink and food tickets for the sister property that was great. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was great very clean unique fun. The location is also very good. Lots to do. Lots of restaurants nearby things to walk to close to Wrigley Field. The check process what’s difficult had to wait like 20 minutes via several phone calls to figure out how to get in . Had to call the number on the door several times before talking to someone that explained how to get our key. Looks like the lobby decor was supposed to be shabby chic, but it was just shabby talk to some other people checking in. They were somewhat disappointed at the look of the lobby all that being said, we would stay there again due to the nice rooms and great location

I thought this was a boutique hotel it’s more like an elevated hostel. I’m sure this is great for a guy’s trip to see baseball at Wrigley Field when you just care about being out and drinking beer. I was there for a conference and it was not worth the money.

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Other reviews comment on there being noise at night - yes, you’re staying on the main strip in Wrigley so there will be some noise but we (family of four) didn’t have any problems sleeping. Super convenient location to Wrigley.

We ended up staying here on short weekend trip (3 friends) and really enjoyed it! Location was fantastic with easy L train access. The hotel is staffed and available but they aren’t always visible which can be a bit tricky when you need something quickly like towels. The street itself, which houses many famed and fun bars alongside Wrigley Field is a great perk, however if you are traveling with small children it may be a bit too crowded and rowdy on a weekend or game day. All in all, our room and overall stay was fantastic. Super clean, super convenient!

The hotel was in an amazing location and the room/amenities were good. The communication from guest services was not great. To be clear, there was a staff member on site and they were helpful. However, this was described as a contactless booking so I did not expect there to be in-person staff. Trying to communicate with the online service was terrible. The person I spoke to over the phone was impolite, unhelpful, and overall a poor communicator. Other than that, the stay was fine.

You cannot beat the location. The property is bare bones. Room was clean but carpet was needing a shampooing. Know that it’s not a staffed location at all times, so if you need anything, it could be a while. Luckily, if you lock yourself out they have lock boxes on outside.

Perfect location for catching a game at Wrigley Field. Walking distance to the field and in the middle of all the action. When you are done with the action and want to rest, the room was nice and quiet. I would have preferred coffee in the room for the morning, but there was a nice self serving coffee bar in the lobby.
