Very nice place and very secure, however, very, very noisy. Take ear plugs and a sound machine to block out noise or you will never get any sleep. Staff was amazing and friendly and the self serve coffee so worth it. Convenient and a good price. Highly recommend.

20 min wait for check in, no genuine apology, just slow/reluctant check ins. Questionable characters in/around the hotel. Some guests, some not. Looks nice on the outside, rooms were clean, but overall this hotel delivered the bare minimum, if that. Recommend booking elsewhere unless this is your only option.

This property is just ok. The bathroom appeared clean at first. Then I saw a lot of hair here & there. Basic accommodations. Bed hard, pillows flat as pancakes. Kitchen had no paper towels, plates, or utensils. Good lighting inside room, good air/heat, convenient to many restaurants and stores, and safe neighborhood.

For the most part it’s was ok. It was clean and new. The staff was far from friendly and if you want to coffee , you better make sure you were there before they unplugged the machine at exactly 10:00am. It seems this hotel full of People that are there for a month plus and maybe this is not the right accommodations for that but it inexpensive

The facility is new, opened in June and is not clean. I believe that the cleaning crew do not know how to clean or do not care. This is the 2nd time I have stayed at one and I had to bring my own cleaning products for the counters and floor. The sheets and towels are good and clean and the kitchen area is clean. If they could make an attempt, this hotel could be very good.

I stayed here visiting my son who is in Navy A School at the Great Lakes. This place is convenient to the base and other amenities. It has a friendly staff, coffee, & is safe. The rooms are fine. It’s an extended stay place, so it has the kitchenette. But the walls are thin. You can hear everything happening in the halls, outside, & your neighbor’s alarm clock at 4 am that they don’t want to turn off. There is no breakfast, but there is a vending machine. I didn’t hate it, and it wasn’t bad for the price. Just may bring ear plugs or a sound machine next time.

There were not many towels in the bathroom. When we first arrived, roughly 10:20ish at night, the doors were locked. I had to call to get a front desk agent to come down to the desk. It took the pair almost 20min to come down to the desk. It sounded like I woke them up when we called and inconvenienced them. The area was decently clean. There were NO DISHES OR ANYTHING in the kitchen area for you to cook with. I hoe you like air for dinner. The fans were not the greatest. The bathroom had an automatic light that turned on every time you walked in there, blinding you while you were trying to go at night and still stay half asleep. Very disappointed with this stay. It is safe to say that I will not be returning to this sketchy area or horrible hotel. I could also smell marijuana throughout the hallways. If you like loud neighbors and worse than average SoundCloud artists blasting their music, this is the place for you.

The fire alarm in my room started beeping incessantly at 2 AM on the first day. I went to the front desk to find someone. They came 30minutes later and said they couldn't fix it. It wasn't fixed by 7:30 PM, so we ended up being moved to another room.

Front desk closes at 9:30

Clean and comfortable room. They forgot to put the shower curtains and back that in my room and the lobby closes at 9:30?? I had to wait until the next day to get those things so I could shower
