“This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this property. I booked accommodation for 6 people through Expedia, but upon arrival the hotel manager refused to honor the booking as confirmed. Instead, we were told we had to book and pay for an additional room if we wanted to accommodate everyone. After a long and exhausting journey, we had no realistic choice but to pay for another room because finding another hotel late at night was not...

I have traveled as a single women on many business trips and would have requested another room and only a written number on the key envelope. Luckily both the previous quest (who I did not know) and myself were with our husbands. I was also not thrilled at a trip jar in the breakfast room. ”
