“시애틀 시내관광에 아주 좋은 위치에 있어요. 다운타운 호텔은 가격이 너무 비싸고요. 출퇴근 시간에도 5번 아닌 99번 타고서 10-15분이면 다운타운 도착합니다. 주변에 그린 레이크 파크도 있어서 산책하기도 좋아요. 유덥(UW) 등 관광지 접근 아주 좋아요. 거리, 주변 등 고려하여 공항 근처보다는 북쪽 타운이 넘 좋아요. 숙소에서 99번타고 북쪽으로 10분 정도 더 올라가면 미국가게들 비롯해서 대형 아시안 마켓도 있어요. 한국 햇반, 컵라면 모두 있어요. 다음 여행시에도 당근 여기에 머무를 생각입니다. 관리상태와 직원 환대도 아주 친절해요. 유럽식아침도 무난합니다. 강추!!!”

“This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The pin pad entry made me feel incredibly safe. The staff was informative and very friendly. I chose a small room, but the layout and lighting made it feel bigger. The bed, linens, towels and amenities were fantastic. They offer hot, cold and room temperature filtered water at a station on every floor, where you can also refill some basics you may run low on. There were tons of restaurants and shops in the area immediately around the hotel....

기타 : 직원들은 친절하고 주변 조용함. 모텔수준이라고 생각하면 좋은 편이나(에어컨 제외) 1박 30만원 넘는다고 생각하면 가성비 별로임

우선 호텔 위치가 너무 좋습니다. 대중교통 이용, 주요 관광지 방문, 쇼핑 및 마트 방문 등에 편리했습니다.
또한, 직원 분들이 친절했습니다. 허용된 체크인 시간보다 3시간 정도 일찍 도착했는데 바로 입실하도록 해주셨습니다. 그리고 방문 첫날 이용하다가 변기 레버가 망가졌는데, 바로 넓은 새 방으로 변경해 주어서 쾌적하게 이용했습니다.
다만, 호텔이 중심지에 위치하다 보니 밤에 건물 밖의 소음 때문에 너무 시끄러웠습니다. 예민하신 분이라면 수면이 어려우실 수 있습니다. (귀마개는 제공됩니다.)"

- If coming from the airport, taking the link train and getting off at Symphony station is very close to the hotel.
- Located in downtown, so it’s convenient for both going to the convention center and sightseeing.
- Relatively affordable price.
cons:
- The slope on Seneca Street is quite steep. It was really tough pulling a suitcase from Symphony hall station to the hotel.
- If booking through a third party (e.g., Hotels.com), they hold a $200 INCIDENTAL charge. This is a policy, but there was no prior notice about this. -> Fortunately, it was refunded immediately after checkout.
- The Wi-Fi speed in the room was surprisingly slow. It was noticeably slower compared to other places like cafes or the convention center.
- The staff was unfriendly, especially the woman at the front desk in the afternoon. I asked if I could change rooms because the Wi-Fi speed was too slow for my work, and her response was, "Moving to a higher floor won’t make the Wi-Fi faster." When did I ask to move to a higher floor? I don’t understand her attitude. To add, they didn’t change my room.
- In terms of room assignments, I noticed that the hotel tends to assign people of color to lower floors when using the elevator.
