“Clean rooms with everything you would expect in most hotels. Complimentary water in the room was welcomed especially as we stayed when temperatures were higher. Only upgrade that would be helpful is air-conditioning although we were lucky we had a cross draught with the window and balcony doors which helped hugely. “A stranger was given a keycard to our room and wandered in while my wife was changing. When I told reception about this very serious and potentially dangerous issue, she said "Well what do you expect me to do about it?"”

“Wonderful clean room with many amenities. Exceptional dinner and breakfast all served by very friendly staff. Hotel is in a beautiful setting with lovely large patio, plenty of outside comfortable seating with marvellous views across the gardens. “We thought we’d booked a room and were given a suite on two floors which was novel. The staff were great and the breakfast fine. Dinner was excellent although a little expensive although I may be poor of date. We didn’t have time to try the pool but it looked good. You do have to book a time slot. We would stay again but prefer a room in the main house.”
