โGreat stay at Wayside Inn, Carmel-by-the-sea. Friendly and kind staff at the front desk, nice and cozy room with a moody fireplace. Smart TV. 10 minutes to Monterey and 15 minutes to wineries in Carmel valley.
- Attitude of a staff delivering breakfast. While he pushed down a coffee-filled cup on the way of putting the breakfast tray on the table (by mistake), he did not say a word of apology.โ
โTerrific location to thoroughly enjoy Carmel by the Sea! The only downsize is the limited parking offered at the hotel. There are only about 8 spots, so we ventured to the side streets to find parking of our rental. We would definitely stay there again!โ
โBeautiful grounds. Nice room. Gas fire pits throughout the property at night are a nice touch. S'more kits are available at the front desk. Heated pool was fun for the whole fam. Loved the mini golf that is great for kids and adults.โ
