The kindness and consideration of Ms. Piano, the lobby, and the front staff, who were lounge duty, touched me as well and made me feel all comfortable in the hotel. Everyone in my team listens to my love and praise in Chiang Mai and everyone is preparing for the trip to Chiang Mai. Shangri-La was the best and the most meaningful place in Chiang Mai. "It's a nice property. Has that regal feel with oriental design elements everywhere. it's a larger hotel vs. a botique hotel so they have many amenities on site, and it's really well staffed. Property is kept up very well. I thought the pool area was a highlight as it has a nice view of the mountains in the background. I really liked their green pool towels. I never see that color anymore."
