Location a bit further out but easy access to get to everything. Breakfast was nice and room spacious.
Airport shuttle private was good and smooth. Shared shuttle was not clear, collected people from other hotels, despite booking through the hotel. Time given to wait for shuttle was too broad. "
"Room was clean and updated. AC worked phenomenally, the breakfast was great with fruit, egg station, pastries, juices, hot station, pancakes, and desserts. The pool was fantastic. They even had a pool side bar that was by one get one for happy hour, which we took full advantage of. You really don’t even have to leave the resort there is a restaurant , cafe and small grocery store right on the property! "
"The hotel was under major works and we were not told when we booked. The gym and roof lounge were closed which is what attracted us to the hotel . They were re- roofing above the restaurant using pneumatic drills which was so loud, also grinding flat concrete flooring . This created dust which is very dangerous right over the pool so we couldn’t use that either because of noise and dust. The drilling was so loud at breakfast we couldn’t eat or hear each other . The was also by our room. It is a real shame as staff and the hotel would have been lovely but should not be open whilst doing this. We paid a lot of money to stay there and had to move hotels after one night . The staff should not have to work in that level of noise without ear defenders."
"The hotel is stunning, cocktails on the pier watching sunset. The hotel arrange a private boat trip run by a local family which was incredible. The Japanese restaurant was fantastic with flaming menu and every member of staff was attentive welcoming and lovely . Lots of special touches to make our stay memorable . I can’t speak highly enough about this hotel and their staff . "
"Great hotel but nothing to do outside the hotel so just know that when booking. It’s in a remote location. The property is really nice and well maintained! "
