โThe staff here were the best. Each staff member we spoke with helped us storing our bags, finding a place to eat and getting the best rate for transportation. Our room was comfortable and clean. A little tight of a squeeze some mornings but not a big deal. Very quiet inside the hotel and in the area. The bus line is right outside the door and walkable to many places. Please try the Italian restaurant next to the gelato shop and pharmacy. The food is excellent and they have a menu in English! โ

Many airline employees stay at the hotel.
Safe to stay because of the college campus near by. There is 24hrs convenience store which is rare in Europe. Really nice breakfast and Clean rooms that are comfy!โ

The view of outside(like a garden) was not exactly same as the photo, but the room was not bad so it's fine. There's free wifi ID on each room. And the hotel gave me a transportation(bus, U-bahn, tram) free-pass cards that can be use in Dusseldorf.
The most inconvenience point is that it has no elevators.
The excellent point is the breakfast. Coffee was good, and the buffet has plenty of breads, juices, yogurts, mueslis, half-boiled eggs...
