I booked a day ahead and when I arrive, they told me there is no room available but clearly they received the order and the confirmation number but didn’t mention anything to me or prepared anything. After I arrive, I have to call an uber take me to another hotel by myself in the middle of the night. Terrible service and ignorance.

Espaço externo bem bonito e aconchegante, porém, os quartos simples e com móveis antigos. Gostei muito do espaço externo mas os quartos precisam melhorar. Atualizar o mobiliário principalmente. Um bom custo benefício.

Sempre uma boa experiência. Há pelo menos oito anos me hospedo eventualmente aqui e sempre o padrão tem se mantido: muito bom atendimento, cordialidade. Restaurante com pratos ótimos e a preços honestos. A decoração natalina esse ano está sensacional: um hotel excelente e com ótima relação custo x benefício

Nós sempre ficamos no Asuncion Gran Hotel. O Staff é muito cordial, mas infelizmente, devido à taxa de câmbio desfavorável, tudo ficou muito caro. Além disso, tivemos um mal-entendido no check-out a acabamos saindo sem tormarmos nosso café da manhã, devido ao atraso na sua preparação. Apesar disso, recomendo o hotel, apenas se tiver um veículo disponível ,pois fica longe do centro de compras.

Me fue muy bien. Llegué MUY temprano al hotel (6:00), y ya empezaron a buscarme una habitación, siendo que mi check-in era recién a las 14:00. Cualquier cosa que le consulté a los chicos, me lo contestaban y solucionaban con la mejor predisposición.

Hotel super aconchegante, elegante, bem decorado, Atendimento cordial, passei 21 dias (estudar), café da manhã ótimo, preços das refeições compatíveis com o comércio, jantava no próprio hotel comida excelente, garçons super simpáticos, quarto amplo, sempre quando chegavamos das aulas estava limpo, a recepção sempre muito solícitos, segurança, onibus público parava na porta do hotel.
