"The room is tiny! But it worked. I was awoken by very loud music at 5am, unfortunately. Took a star off due to that, the slim selection at breakfast, one elevator being out of service, and the check-in kiosk not working for me. "

"I really loved this room but the hotel is in the tenderloin. The Tenderloin has a lot of drug addicts in the area so please be aware of that before you arrive. Parking is $58 a night and it took them an hour to get my car after I checked out my hotel. Everything in the room was nice. The shower has soap and shampoo , clean towels, clean room"
