"There appears to be an issue with the plumbing—every time a toilet was flushed, it made a very loud noise that sounded like the whole toilet was falling through the floor. I was also overcharged for parking after checkout, despite advising the front desk that only one night should be billed. I’ve reached out by email and through Expedia and have not received any response."

"The room was fine, The towels were very small to dry off. The TV guide did not show stations and what was on. Staff was friendly and overall I would recommend."

"The smell of mold was overwhelming in our room. We tried to get used to, but with our allergies, by 2 am neither of us could hardly breathe. We weny outside, then thought maybe we could sleep in our vehicle but it wad too noisy with traffic. Unfortunately we didnt get any sleep and felt quite sick from the terrible odor in the room. There was black mold between tiling in the bathroom which is hazardous to anyone. "

"The room was clean the first day. Our coffeepot was broken we had to ask for another one. I had to request the room be cleaned & the maids failed to give us towels & wash rags. The maids left our door open after finally cleaning.The hotel front desk made sure every issue was resolved & gave us a free breakfast to compensation. I wasn't happy with having to pay for parking 🙃. "

"The area was good, with trees and water flowing, but i didn't like the rooms, dated. bathroom door was closing so hard like we are leaving in 90s😅, pillows very hard, all 3 days couldn't sleep because of headache. I'll not stay here again just tor the beautiful area. "

"The breakfast was not great and there was lots of construction in the area. The pool and hot tub were nice however the construction across the street was really loud so I made it hard to enjoy especially during the day. Room was decent however there was construction or some kind of repairs being done on our floor which started early in the morning. There are options to park on the street in front of the hotel which helped keep it more affordable."
