“Great location near PIE airport.”

“Check in & out was Great”

“The clean room”

“Handicapped rooms are nice with all the space to move around in. Check in & out was a breeze Staff was amazing. Breakfast delicious. Only complaint was its not a fully a handicapped room. Cant roll into the shower, but lots of bars to grab. The area to hang my clothes was way too high. The microwave was also to high. And there's no hooks in the bathroom for medical devices to hang on to.”

“The staff was exceptional! We asked for an early check-in, late checkout, and shuttle services and they happily accommodated us. Sarah in particular was wonderful! The rooms were good not great. The shower had different hairs on the walls and drains and the TV had a big pink line down the middle and would “static out” every once in a while. Initially the shower in our first room would not work but they moved us quickly and politely.”
