“Helpful staff, good breakfast and clean rooms.”

“Beautiful modern hotel with great rooms and location.”

“Room was clean and modern and good size for one person……wonderful location close to Cardiff castle and city centre….. beautiful big park close by…..excellent location with the National Express depot 5 minutes away for transfers to London airports or Swansea…. Pub itself and surround on the premises were run down and dated….. needed some money spent to tidy it up….”

“Only stayed the one night but lovely room with everything you need.”

“It was reasonably clean and the bed was comfy. There was an issue where there were some towels missing on check in, but they were replenished eventually. Very good for the price”

“Very centrally located and with parking available. Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were helpful and the facilities were good. An excellent place to stay.”

“One of the best showers my dad has ever had during my his night stay to watch football. Very comfortable bed. Would’ve liked to have had a bottle of water in the room but otherwise it was everything he wanted for a night’s stay.”

“Very good hotel, clean room, friendly sraff, good preservation of the building.”

“Very good”

“very clean and kind”

“The hotel isn't sound proof at all. It's a hotel made out of a large house. While i was staying, it sounded like the guys next door were in my room because i could hear their every step and chat and felt really insecure because of that. The bathroom and toilet are shared which i didn't expect at all. At least they are kept clean and there's daily cleaning service. The room had a basin. There was no shower gaun though towels were provided. They had good heating on.”
