"Location was great, as was the price for the height of the summer season. Other guests were frightening. Room was beautiful, even though it was a little dated. Bed and shower were excellent! The guy that checked me in was surly and curt. I did not do the complementary breakfast, because I had no desire to eat with the other guests that were straight up scary looking!!"

"We had a very nice large king bedroom. We were on the fourth floor facing out over the main entrance on Temple Street. Everything was great until bedtime. The street noise was terrible!! Cars and motorcycles revving their engines, people on the street yelling and fighting in the street until the bars closed…I am sure rooms on higher floors and facing other direction might be fine but beware."

"I was pleasantly surprised how spacious the room was. The staff was extremely helpful. The Bagel Breakfast Bar was just what we needed in the morning. The breakfast staff made sure if there was anything needed, they were on top of it!"

"The location Mystic Hilton was excellent being right next door to the Mystic Aquarium and across from Mystic Village of stores and restaurants. Perfect place for families but okay for singles as well- many rooms, four floors, nice cocktail lounge and restaurant with indoor- outdoor lounges. Guest rooms are well appointed and looked brand new. ."

"Room was clean, ac worked great! Small room but just right for a quick stay! Staff was friendly and check in and out was super easy! We were going to a show at the casino so this was a great option to stay instead of paying more than dbl at the casino!! They provided a shuttle to the casino every 20 mins which was unexpected and perfect for us! Would definitely stay again."
