Absolutely awful customer service. The owner tried to shake me down for $41 dollars in Costa Rica money even though I had already paid online by credit card. The she told me I had to check in at the sister property in playa Coco. It was hard enough to find this place. It too me a total of 1 hour to check on. Then there is no WiFi in the rooms, so I had to sit outside of the office just to get online. The best things were the cold AC, the proximity to the beach, and the free parking. I would give this place a huge miss because of the customer service and the price. Should be $15 per night if you are desperate.
Ad on Orbitz website, they say ALL INCLUSIVE,BREAKFAST INCLUDED. THIS IS NOT TRUE,THEY EVEN WALK AROUND WITH HOTEL SHIRT THAT SAYS ALL INCLUSIVE

The staff couldn't find my reservation, charged me for the stay again. Less than welcoming.
Scam. Booked the stay in the early hours of a lay over and when I arrived I was half asleep. During check-in was told that I needed to pay cash. Later realized my credit card was billed when it was booked online. Lady in the office advised I would refunded by expedia. Never happened.

The hotel never received the payment so I had to pay separately and hotels.com wouldn’t reimburse me
Stop using hotels.com they have zero customer service
The experience was bad, I checked the app and it said "pets accepted" they never told me that I had to tell them if I had one and even less that there was a cost to bring a pet, which I paid for (in other places they say when there is an extra cost for the pet and also when you have to tell them). The customer service by Whatspp, bad too, the person who attended me never gave any solution, nor showed interest in resolving the complaint. I would definitely not go back to that place.
Issues at check in, they didn't have our reservation, couldn't speak English, we took a picture of our reservation and receptionist had to text it to someone else to allow us in. There was no one else in the condos except us, and when we asked to stay on a lower floor - they refused. The balcony was very dirty, the lights (only 2 out of 20 pot lights actually worked), wires for the TV were hanging loosely on the wall. The rooster next door wakes you up at 3 am. The bedsheets were ripped. Toilet seat did not fit/match the toilet. The pool tiles were missing. The area beside the hotel was full of garbage. Ants in the room, lizards in the hallway. The property was so awful, that we're surprised that Expedia would even be associated with them. The fact that it was called a condo was also misleading - should have been called a run down shack.

Hace falta bar y restaurant. Mejor limpieza, falta television y se fue el agua, el inodoro mal estado.
no me recibieron en el hotel porque no estabamos dentro de su lista de reservas, y tampoco nos hicieron la devolucion del dinero que se habia cobrado previamente
No habia espacio me cancelaron la reservacion.
Necesito que me reitegren el di ero que me cobraron por la reservacion.
La gente del hotel dice que no es problema de ellos que la aplicación de Expidi me tiene que reenbolsar el dinero .
Necesitouna solucion pronta.
Cuando llegué no reservación que ya estaba paga no existía, nadie sabía nada, ni siquiera sabían lo que era la página de hoteles.com. En lugar de dos cuartos me terminaron dando un solo cuarto para 7 personas. Pero
Ni en hotel ni en esta página me dieron razón de por qué mi reservación que estaba paga no aparecía. Además el cuarto, limpieza y camas eran terribles.
Agradecería saber cómo puedo recuperar el dinero de por lo menos el segundo cuarto que pagué y nunca me dieron
