"Really nice hotel in a great location with a lovely pool. The breakfast was excellent as was the associated restaurant for evening dining. Our room was spacious and the hotel accommodated our change request to have a twin bed room without any fuss."

"Hotel area was quiet, no noise from neighbors so I got my rest. However, the parking spaces were too close. I unloaded my dog and my belongings before parking in the designated area which was between a huge pickup truck and a van. Having a large dog accompanying me, I needed my back car door to open fully so he can jump in and out. The dog park was about 4-miles away and the national park was about the same distance. I had to google for information since the office didn't provide any additional information of where a nearby dog park. Other thing: I paid additional fee for my dog's stay - perhaps offering a dog feeding bowl would be nice."

"Loved this hotel! It was charming and we loved the vibe. We had fun sitting around the fire pits in the evenings sipping on drinks and taking in the atmosphere. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. This will be our go to hotel when we visit our kids at NAU in flagstaff."

"The room was great, very clean. My only complaint was the bed was uncomfortable, too soft. My son is a big guy and he just sank into the mattress and didn't get much sleep. The buffet could have been better and staff was slow, no one at cashier and and took a long time to get order"

"Very clean property and I love staying here! This is my 5th or 6th time staying here. It's very peaceful. I only have 2 kind-of-negative things: 1. New pillows are needed so badly! The pillows were super flat and I didn't sleep well on them. 2. I was given late checkout (noon instead of 11) at check-in, but apparently that wasn't communicated well among the staff because I was informed check-out is at 11 when I turned my key in an hour later. I told them I had received late checkout, and they seemed very confused. I had even double-checked this when I checked in. Other than those 2 things, it was a great stay. Love walking the property and seeing the creek. The weather was great (it always is!) and it was a nice, brief getaway."
