"This property for where it's located and what it costs in comparison to others in the area is great. The staff at reception were wonderful and genuinely wanted to hear what I had to tell them about my issues trying to book directly with the hotel which ultimately led to me booking through Expedia. I will say in the mornings I would go down to the cafe/coffee bar. One of the younger staff members was wonderful. The next day it was a different woman who was not so friendly when I purchased an insanely expesive fruit cup ($10.44) and she was quite put out that I wanted a medium sized cup of hot water..... I have stayed at this property numerous times and I find it to be clean, comfortable and consistent. It's location is also great."

"This is THE PRIME location for shopping and dining! I feel that this is the most centralized location for the entire city! Walking to both dining and shopping! The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. The pool and hot tub were being worked on and were out of use (news to us). We will be back!"

"From the moment we entered the staff were outstanding, friendly, and helpful. The accommodations were excellent, clean , roomy along with a comfortable bed and nice linens. The surrounding grounds were wonderful, fire pits , lots of outside seating with a view of tree lined hills . The deli area had everything we needed for breakfast and a light delicious dinner. Also the girls working the deli should get a raise , they work hard and do pretty much everything. Definitely we will stay here again when traveling to Flagstaff, also ten minutes to the airport."

"Spectacular place to stay outside of the traffic in Sedona. Quiet, very attractive, everything you might need provided. The one hitch was finding that the second bed is a sofa bed. It worked out well though. I would definitely stay there again"
