โVery quaint and delightful hotel with a fantastic pub, staffed by some genuinely lovely people. The rooms were spacious, beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and it was a great atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed it, will definitely recommend to friends.โ

Loved the extra touches like posh hot chocolate and biscuits as part of the tea and coffee supplies in room and water, milk and orange juice in fridge in room.

Location is fab. Right in the centre of Barmouth.

โOur stay was perfect all the way from the initial, warm greeting from Pattra, to the wonderful room, a lovely Thai dinner and, then, a peaceful nightโs sleep and an excellent breakfast. We can offer no improvements. Just thank you for a great visit. It also has a great location-just around the corner from the Castle!โ
โSuper clean, super nice. Very helpful staff. Especially if you need to call ahead for anything. Would definitely recommend. Super close to everything in barmouth too.โ
โRoom spacious and comfortable with extras like tea/coffee/water well stocked. Bath was nice to have but also a powerful shower. Food is good although service stops a little early - especially on Sunday. Breakfast very good - all cooked to order.โ
โMe and my family have just got home from a wonderful stay here. The staff are so friendly, the hotel is peaceful and you feel welcomed. The breakfasts were amazing and very impressed with the selection. We will 100% come back for another visit hopefully this year. Thank you for a wonderful stay. โ
โQuaint, clean, comfortable lodge. Attention to detail and comfort was exceptional. The breakfast was varied and excellent. The town was interesting, pretty, walkable, with lots to do. Good transit options. Host was efficient. Shower on room was awesome.โ
โRichard is very much the 'Host with the Most'. Very chatty and friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. He went above and beyond for us...Carrying our cases up to the top floor...And down again when we left. Plus he does a cracking packed lunch.
Our room was more than adequate, comfy and clean.
The only gripe from our point of view is that we'd prefer proper cups and spoons...โ
