“I first was introduced by Orlando by mail sending a warm welcome. Then I met Armando at the hotel. Very kind and smiley. Orlando support me with WhatsApp very fast when needed. “Great beautiful property with terrace looking to Monserrate, sauna, and running fireplace (a bit too warm to run in Nov for me personally haha) Dreamer organises tours you can join. Has own bar and restaurant. Free drinking water. Bathroom included toiletries Great staff and security. Good size lockers. FYIs Room not soundproofed so light sleepers be prepared.
