โThe hotel is a lovely little gem, located in the heart of the 3 Cities. Communication with Shanaia was excellent. She was exceptionally helpful and, upon my last-minute arrival, brought me a fruit plate to my room. Thank you very much for everything , and I'd be happy to return.

โMy wife and I were on the 4th floor where there is a frosted glass landing outside the elevator by the door. Those of a nervous disposition, though, should not be put off.
