โI checked in from 2 PM and waited for 20 minutes because the room was not ready.
I ate breakfast for only one day, but I was charged for two days and asked to be corrected.
I asked for a taxi after checking out, but I waited for a long time because the connection was not smooth.โ

Das Einkaufszentrum โThe Pointโ ist in 2 Minuten รผber eine Brรผcke erreichbar. Sehr gute Geschรคfte und Foodstationen. Wir hatten ein perfektes Zimmer im 10. Stock. Der Service vom Saubermachen bis zur Gute-Nacht-Schokolade war perfekt und stets sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider haben wir kein Zimmer mit Meerblick bekommen.

โStaff were great. Breakfast great only thing I didn't like were people filling up bags of fruit and cakes off the breakfast stand really I mean how about leaving some for others you pay for breakfast only โ
โLovely hotel, excellent and friendly service from the staff. The breakfast was nice, and the free wine was a plus watching the sunset on the rooftop seating.
The location is good for Valetta, close but out the way for the noise, within walking distance of everything.
Would suggest towels need changing more frequent but no other feedback.โ
"Thanks to Expedia, I had stayed merrily at a really great hotel. I sincerely thank you Expedia. Hilton Malta was the best of best. When I first checked in, I told them I had been to Sicily, and Jessie, the staff member who said she was from Sicily, was very kind and explained the room and gave my wife & me a warm impression. I also remember the humor and kindness of the servers at the fifth floor bar.
However, the reason I did not give the highest score for room cleanliness and staff service was because of one carelessness.
The room 830 cleaning staff did not clean the room properly on the last day (Sunday, April 6th). They also forgot the two hand towels that they change every day, so I called to ask to bring two towels by phone, but nobody came for over 20 minutes, so I could not wait and went down to the bar. I was disappointed even though I left 2 euros as a tip for the room cleaning every day. If it weren't for that problem, I would rate it as a super perfect hotel of the highest level. Nevertheless, I would recommend Hilton Malta to my friends. Thank you again."
