โFrom the moment you walk through the door to the point that you check out staff canโt do enough for you, they are attentive providing a warm welcome. The room is comfortable with a touch of luxury (Gosfield). The food in the restaurant is of a high standard. This really is a gem within the beautiful village of Great Yeldham โ
โLiked that it had EV charging. Very peaceful and owners were very welcoming and friendly. Delicious scrambled eggs in the morning made by Cliff using eggs from their chickens. comfortable bed and great shower. Very clean with nice touches such as shampoo/conditioner and shower gel and chocolate wafers with the tea/coffee making facilities. excellant value

โThe gentleman running the inn was warm and friendly, helpful too as I had direction troubles for an event and so he googled it and printed it and for the next day I got there. A very homely comfortable feeling I thought. If I'm ever back in the area I will stay there again.โ
โA decent, pleasant hotel in a good location. Didnโt eat in the restaurant whilst we were there but heard good things from others in our congregation that did eat there. Friendly staff in the hotel and restaurant/bar. โ
โExcellent little find. Amazing value, comfy king sized bed. Friendly staff at check in, which was quick and simple.
Generous complimentary breakfast hamper, teas and coffees. We asked for extra milk in the morning, which we was given.
Very clean room - great power shower.
Beautiful quiet village. Lots of little shops, bakery and pubs. We ate at The White Heart - Green King (we booked a table) and the food was delicious. โ
โThis was the 4th time staying at the George and for the last 2 times ive a room with a very small tv.
So s.all on this stay that watching the football i had difficulty seeing who was who and were the ball was.
Otherwise the staff are friendly the meal i had very good.
Next time unless i have a room with the bigger tv screen i wont be able to book.
