"Clean and safe area ,closed to mall"

"The room was not clean it was dusty and had hair and small piles of trash/ dust bunnies. The A/C was just barely cool, don’t expect it to be cold in the room. The bedding was stained with a questionable color that I think could be washed out. The sliding door did NOT LOCK!! The bathroom was semi clean. Just not clean and very outdated. The pool was not working and we were not advised till we got there. We had swimming plans as part of our trip. The good part was the omelette bar and the staff working the breakfast bar were awesome. Probably won’t stay here again for the price."

"Window would not close, giving no privacy, about two inches open. The quilt was stained and when u went to ask then to be changed, no one was there. The shower wall had hair on it, making me believe the cleanliness is not the best. Over all the property was okay, the pool was not opened at 1030 when I checked out. The worst was the stain on the quilt, I took pictures if needed. I dont complain ever, but it was kind of gross."

"I don’t recommend this at all, people live there so they’re to comfortable where they make you uncomfortable. Walking next to the building water drips on your face from the air conditioning. Our sheets was stained whole places smells like cigarettes the hallway as well the room. Staff was okay. I have booked for two nights had to leave on the 1st night because of bad was my neighbors from all way around. Sides/up/down making nose banging against the walls. A bunch of people hanging outside smoking and hanging out in big groups then stare you down when driving out. The beds was super uncomfortable where the bed squeaks every time you move for a newly built location I was very surprised. Wish I could get a refund the whole stay."

"I wasn’t aware that maid service was done every two days. I expected the room to be serviced. I had no clean towels or have to reuse the ones I left on the floor. I had to request clean towels that evening. The Hôtel needs to specify that there is no daily maid service in their lobby or on the web site. That was the only main issue I had, otherwise it was quiet and comfortable. They offer continental breakfast which was a plus. Unfortunately I will not be visiting that specific Hôtel in the future."
