I need a refund I did not have this reservation. I’ve talked to Expedia. I don’t know how many times now but what happened was I got the room at midnight or so on Expedia I put May 22 because I thought since it was after midnight that’s what I had to put in, but I need the room at midnight though so I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone from Expedia besides a little chat help I haven’t been able to get anywhere with a refund. I did not stay there at this time and Quality told me they already canceled the reservation on their end so what I was told from Expedia that it is not guaranteed I can get a refund even though as soon as I was made aware by the motel that they went by the check in time so I had to go through the motel instead and make reservations and charge $82 and Expedia even though I talk to them after the situation I told them what happened and I have not no answers about because because of this error so I would really appreciate Expedia told me it was up to the property I got my refund. I don’t know how that is because I went through you guys to book it as soon as I called or texted Expedia and made them aware way before I even was supposed to check in on May 22 between 12 and 3 PM it’d be so much easier to talk to somebody over the phone so I can explain better as to what happened , so is somebody a manager who can call me please? 937-602-7066 I tired of going through the text messages
