For the price, the hotel was nice. I will start with cons and then lists pros. I did not like the quality of the breakfast. And it doesnt get restocked even in the correct time frame of breakfast. So my family got scraps and then just went elsewhere for breakfast. The toilet in room 272 doesnt flush very well. The ac barely works. I had it set on 60 and it barely got cold. There wasnt enough plugs for the fridge, microwave, and tv. This resulted in a mix up and my things in the fridge never got cooled. The renovations of the room was also not super great. The contractors that worked on the building need held accountable for that one. Very messy work. Staff was extremely nice though. I even witnessed an alternation with a possible customer and an employee and the employee handled it very well and even apologized to other customers. Very impressed . Everything was kept decently clean. The pool area was nice. The hotel smelled nice. Which is rare for hotels of that price range. I also really love that this hotel is pet friendly. Over all, I was happy with our stay and the hotel.

This hotel was not clean at all. The door to our room had to be slammed in order to actually shut. We were woken up all through the night due to other guest screaming/fighting and slamming doors. We asked for an extra pillow to put in our toddler’s pack and play and were told they had no extra pillows at all. The guy at the front desk was very helpful and allowed us to cancel the rest of the stay. A woman worker came into our hotel room without even knocking when we were there as well.

The appearance in the lobby was quite nice, however that's the best that I have to report. We arrived at 3PM for check in and had to wait a few minutes for the desk clerk to check us in. Given the key to room 201. Took the elevator to 2nd floor. Old elevator and slow. Arrived at room, next to door to stairway and first floor exit to outside. Door to room was rubbing and hard to open. No phone or light on nightstand. Door to stairs was slamming after going to bed. Very noisy. Breakfast was the usual except no forks or knives to eat the food with....only spoons. Quite a challenge. Never Ramada again. The Wedding we attended was, however GREAT!

Nice staff, but weird hotel. Terrible updating. Paint all over the curtains and walls. Toilet was cracked. Filthy hallway carpets. Breakfast was interesting. Whatever you were eating, you were eating with a plastic spoon because that’s all they had.

The hotel had no working pool and not listed on site as working. TV was broken and I did not want to move rooms at 12AM. Microwave was unsafe. No outlets. Everything was unplugged. I had to unplug something to plug coffee maker or microwave. Room had spots on carpet and bathroom. Bed comforter had a yellow stain.

Charged my card 5 times. Cold water whole stay, had a stink bug in my room with an ant, my neighbor had ants & another girl had roaches in her room. Couldn’t even shower cause the water was so cold & I missed my events I was supposed to go to. & wasn’t offered a refund or a percentage back for ANY of this.
