"The room was on the small side. Parking lot was small and difficult to manage."

"The mini fridge wasn’t deep cleaned and the room could use an airing out between guests. There’s a bit of a musty smell. All the bedroom & bathroom windows open and, once aired, the smell goes away. "Small pool and not heared"

"My family and I stayed at the best western plus due to my sons treatments at Boston children’s hospital, as we stayed July 30th through August 2nd. The day before we left August 1st, they rented out my room that me and my family have been staying in. The kids and I were in the pool when we went back to our room my key card didnt work! Went to front desk to inform them my key didn’t work, then they informed me that they gave my room away to a group that came for Italy. They were not empathetic at...

"Shower pressure was not great. Bed was very low to the floor. Not bad, just not what I would expect for what I paid"

"Quick check in, Clean rooms, great breakfast, good staff, enough parking space, easy access to freeway. The only surprise was that on check out day the door card stopped working exactly at 11:00 am. We had started putting our luggage’s in our car, went back to our room to get the rest of our stuff and the key did key card did not work… my son was in the room, so no problem… but I never had such an experience… I asked the desk and she said, yes, the check out is 11 and the key card is inactive…...
