The customer service was truly top notch. A special thank-you to Kayan, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. It was my husband’s birthday, and we were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful room overlooking the river. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable, and everything about the stay felt welcoming and relaxing. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again."
