"Manager Krystal and CSR’s Frenchie, TJ, and Carla were amazing. During a horrible family issue where time was pressed and flights across the nation were needed, they made sure to provide the care and, most of all, the accommodations necessary for a great stay! "

"Parking garage with easy access to hotel was great. The Bar and restaurant were nice. "

"Property is decent, although the pictures on Expedia looked a lot nicer that the actual hotel. Property is older but looks like they keep it up. Staff was amazing!!! They had just removed the room carpets on the 2nd floor and replaced it with tile which was nice but our room had a horrible “musty” odor that we could not get rid of. Breakfast was good and had a good assortment. Overall rating would be a 3 out of 5 stars."

"We waited in line to check in for over an hour. I was able to Uber dinner and my husband and I each took turns eating it in the lobby and still have not gotten our room. "

"The room was clean, easy check in, just remember to bring your toiletries (none provided, including hand soap or dish soap). The room had 2 queen beds with 3 pillows on each bed. It also had a small kitchenette with small fridge, two burner electric range and sink. I would stay here again the next time I travel to Conroe."
