“Bed was like sleeping on a metal grill. Motel rooms in a very noisy traffic area with old single pane metal windows providing no shelter from noise. Door did not feel safe. No microwave. Could not get heater to come o, was chilly all night. No staff, no services. Reviews totally misleading. Cramped small room and bathroom with 2 tiny beds, 4 walls with a roof. But if your priority in a motel/hotel is a cute wrap on a toilet paper roll on a shelf, by all means then this gets the 9.8...

“The room smelled awful, the toilet didn't work at first, the smoke detector didn't work. The microwave and refrigerator had to be turned on by a power cord switch box. Took forever how to work the tv, The lamp shade was pealing apart, there was old furniture on the walk way Outside. the front desk man was Very nice tho. I loved the location as it was right on the river. Maybe it was just that room.”

“The restaurant on site was great. Because I did not book through Hilton, I wasn't able to get any of my preferred higher-floor options and was put on the ground floor, across from the exercise room and one door down from an exit. Makes for a noisy stay. The entry light switch had a slim light at the top that flickered and was too bright for a night light. I kept using sticky notes to try to block the light. The bed squeaked and was uncomfortable. Other than that, the stay was ok.”

“The room appeared to be clean however the bathroom needs to be updated. There is a fan in the bathroom that is extremely loud. The check in staff was very pleasant.”

“The staff were great. They are remodeling the rooms so I had an older room, but the staff was excellent super nice people won the hotel gets remodeled that’ll make a big difference.”
