"We both share part of miscommunication at check in, since we arrived at night and they don't have frint desk at this hour. And we didn't tell them about our arrival. But everybody just move so quickly to fix everything for us even the owner phone us from out of the country to ensure everything was ok. Road was not good, but driving was ok, hour and a half from Puerto Jimenez. Rooms are big. Rest rooms are in the room, but kind of out in the open. NO AC. "Overall, everything was very good, and we had a great stay. One thing I would suggest is providing more information upfront when guests make the booking about the different all-inclusive levels or packages and what each one includes. For example, we later learned that guests staying under the Westin Family package have access to premium alcoholic beverages. Information like this should be clearly explained at the time of booking so guests understand exactly what is included with their package and can choose the option that best fits their needs. Other than that, we had a very good experience and enjoyed our stay."

"The staff here were very helpful and kind. Our room was cleaned very well everyday. The volcano view from our room was amazing! The breakfast everyday was delicious and had good variety. The hot springs were very relaxing. The location is not far from the city so it is easy to go out and get food or do activities. There was always parking available for our car."
