โAc was great, they have a minor roach and prostitution issue, couldnโt sleep without hearing them โworkingโ or waiting outside for people every night.โ
โThe hotel is the USA, Royal, and Budget hotel in alcoa. They are all listed separately, but are the same hotel. The place wasn't clean. It didn't have a microwave. If your there to go to the airport, it would be ok. Very loud with planes flying right over the hotel.โ
โI stayed two nights. I asked the front desk to clean the room, but the room was not cleaned. And the hotel did not do anything to me that amounted to that responsibility.โ
โIt wasnโt the worst place Iโve ever stayed, but it could have been better. My comforter was dirty & we didnโt realize it until right before check out. Also, the cover for the bed had obvious burn holes from cigarettes. The room was humid and smelled musty, and it wasnโt completely clean. We found hair that wasnโt ours in the shower. It was convenient to get to, and the staff was friendly. I just wish it was cleaner. โ
โPrice reflected the property. Taking that into consideration, I have no complaints. The AC worked, fridge and microwave worked, hot running water, and the bed appeared clean with no lingering smells, the basics, the necessities. What more can you ask for when you just need a place to lay your head. โ
