"Clean room, comfortable bed, excellent gym. We stopped here on a whim and were pleasantly surprised. I’d stay here over all the chain hotels surrounding it! The pool area is like a tropical paradise and the gym has a full set of dumbbells. Everyone was super nice and the breakfast was great. We will be back with the grandkids."

"The spigot in the shower constantly dripped and made excessive noise constantly. Breakfast was very fresh and hot. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. "

"We weren't sure of the location of the hotel as it seemed to be placed in a residential area (the appearance) but overall the location was fine for the night we needed to stay for a sports tournament. The check-in was great and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is not new or freshly remodeled but you can tell the staff have done there best to keep it in the best condition possible. If you are looking for a sparkling fresh feel, this may not be for you. It worked for us. Staff who care is the reason this location is doing well. "

"What a gem! We were so impressed with the quality and service at the Distill-Inn, given the affordability and location of the hotel. The room - we reserved a two bedroom suite for a girls bourbon weekend and it was perfect. Nicely appointed, clean, spacious and the beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was SO GREAT. Who gets smoothies at a budget hotel? We did. Hot and cold options, plentiful, and the addition of fancy coffees were the cherry on top. Staff was friendly and accommodating to really welcome us to KY and to Bardstown. Stay here, you will not regret it. "

"Staff was kind, big fridge with freezer was nice, but this place REEKED of cigarette smoke. We were supposed to stay 3 nights and we canceled after the first night. My clothes were so stinky just from being in the room. Yuck!"

"Best complementary breakfast ever and the staff is pretty sharp attending it, I’ll stay there again just for that…. Rooms are ok but the building itself is not good and the location is sketchy, pretty close to the convention though…. Overall it is a place just to just sleep and get a really good breakfast with a staff that actually care about it"
