"The thing that bothered me was the lotion in the bathroom had a large security thing on it. Can’t believe people steal it all the time. They should attach it to the wall as they do in the shower. It would be classier. The other thing that was very frustrating was calling to make a reservation. We were calling on our way to a funeral. We’ve stayed before so I knew there would be a room on a Thursday nite. I tried 2 different numbers, was on hold a ridiculous amount of time, left call back number- no one called. Finally used Expedia to get a room. Upon check in, it was in a further part of hotel, many steps and had gotten out of hospital day before. We got our room switched but it was a downgrade from what we had booked. Very annoying to say the least."
