"The hotel staff is exceptional. Each one is friendly and ready to help out, whatever the need. There is a breakfast room and a cold water machine to fill your water bottles. And coffee is always available. As a handicapped individual, I just wish the toilets sat a little higher. I haven't used the swimming pool, but I enjoy hearing the laughter and squeals as the children play in it."

"I had a great stay at Spark by Hilton Daleville Roanoke North. There was a mix‑up with my Hotels.com booking that night, and I was rebooked here at a moment’s notice. Jeanne at the front desk was extremely helpful and made the whole situation easy. The hotel was quiet and comfortable, and the rooms were clean and modern with comfortable beds. Check‑in and check‑out were smooth, and free parking made everything simple. Overall, I was very happy with my stay."

"Great location! The bar staff are wonderful and very accommodating! The pool was a great option to lounge in before heading out to Elmwood Park for the concert. Only issue we had was the phone in our room did not work, so we had to call the front desk with our phones and there was a plastic hanger and discarded price tag under the dresser the TV was on which made me wonder how thoroughly the room had been cleaned before we checked in."

"We checked in at the end of the ‘Dirty Dancing’ themed weekend. And even as tired as the staff was, they were all so wonderful. Our cabin was great! Very Clean, and had a wonderful view! The food was good in the restaurant. And we enjoyed other traveler’s company in the tavern. I can’t wait to go back!"
