“Assuming you don't mind stairs, it was wonderful! We didn't use the whirlpool tub or the hospitality room, but I guess it was nice to have that option. We slept well, and the staff were great.”

There were people walking around that were obvious extremely high on drugs and I asked the front desk person if that was something that’s normal and it just kind of shrug and smiled and I was like OK. “Poor management maybe??? Air conditioner did not work. Instead of coming to our room to have a look at it, they told us to wobble it just a bit and it SHOULD work!!! What??? It did not work until l have it a good kick. Phone didn't work, coffee maker did not work, bed and pillows were awful!!! Crappy place to stay, won't make that mistake again! Not worth the money!”

“JUN 28/26 Room 201: Toilet Flush Tank ran all day & night. Hopefully they will fix now after i mentioned to them Hot tub: No jet in hottub. Just hot water Pool: Too much cold water & everyone avoided going into it Breakfast: Everything ranout at 0830am & they were struggling to complete the guest request. Not enough seating space as well. Staff & manager were helpful though. They need to pay attention to maintenance of plumbing fixtures. May return again”
