“Staff were very welcome and breakfast was delicious.”

“The room and bathroom weren't huge but big enough for a short stay. Good to have aircon as it was 30 degrees out. The view from our room was lovely. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The terrace was a great place to sit and have a drink and watch the sunset. Breakfast wasnt buffet style but there was a good choice on the menu. Would definitely stay again.”

Room was modern but had a few cosmetic issues such as tape on laminate flooring and a shower screen that didn't stop the water from pouring out. It didn’t affect our stay but from a glance minor repairs could be made. Would still happily book again as location and breakfast alone was well worth it ”

“Solo female traveller, it was clean & comfy. Best nights sleep I’ve had in a while actually. Bit of a pain paying for car park in morning rather than at check in as it took a while for internet to connect. Car park is a squeeze but again not a major issue. Staff were lovely too.”

“Clean rooms in an updated older hotel. My only complaint was the lack of air conditioning, as it was unusually hot when we visited. There was a small fan provided, but it did little to cool the room. We felt unsafe leaving the window open because we were on the ground level and it would have been easy for anyone to climb right into our room. The water pressure in the shower was fabulous. Staff was very friendly.”

“Great location for park and ride into Bath. We stayed in the main building-this was a mistake. It was noisy-the annex (where we have stayed before) is much better. Our room had a great view of the race course but unfortunately was directly above the kitchen. Kitchen smells and noise drifted up and on one occasion very loud music from the kitchen. The room needed some tlc. Paintwork very shabby. The bathroom was very poky and not very clean. The toilet had nasty staining in the pan and the...
