The location is great, the rooms are interesting (the smaller ones are really only suitable for a solo traveller) and the staff are helpful and friendly. Room 5 was a little noisy in the morning, but being on the front, this was no great surprise. It's a lovely place to stay.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay. The staff were amazing and very accomodating. The entire property was immaculate. On our last day we witnessed the housekeeping staff clean the common areas and we understood why the place was so clean.
Next to the cleanliness, the gardens won as our favorite thing about the hotel. We spent many evenings enjoyng a bottle of wine in the peaceful gardens.

얼스코트 튜브역에서 걸어서 5분거리에
호텔이 있고 역근처에 코업과 막스앤스펜서 마트 있고 펍, 타이식당 등 있어서 좋았어요
호텔직원도 친절했고 방은 좀 작긴했지만 원래 런던 호텔이 좁아서 감수할만 했어요
히터가 있어서 꽤 따뜻하게 보냈고 엄청 깨끗했어요

"호텔 자체는 매우 오래되었으나 내부 인테리어를 새로하여 나름 깨끗합니다. 화장실도 넓은 편입니다. 다만 방 자체가 매우 좁고 2명이 이용하는데 수건을 겨우 2장줍니다. 하루에 두장도 아니고 이틀에 두장이요! 5일정도 있었는데 청소를 2틀에 한번꼴로 해주고 그나마도 대충해서 많이 아쉽습니다"
"We stayed in a standard double room. It was quite small but not uncomfortably so. We needed to use stairs to access the room despite the elevator so I would not recommend this hotel to people who need accessibility.
The hotel room itself was clean but it was a connecting room so it was quite noisy due to a neighbouring visitor.
The location is okay, 10 minute walk from District and Piccadilly lines and there is a small grocery store just around the corner.
