"The person that checked us in was very polite. Our room was a great size. When I went to ask for more towels and a rubber mat for the room. They gave me everything but the rubber mat. But shortly after I got back to my room it arrived. Everything thing was neat and clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay "

"At first, the room was very unsuitable: it faced the inner courtyard with a 24/7 source of noise: the enormous air conditioning system. Changing rooms was no problem. The new room was tasteful, sufficiently large and very clean. The staff were very courteous and helpful throughout."
