“A beautiful renovated room just inside the city wall which was very convenient for parking & close for luggage. I didn’t realize it was self check-in so missed chatting with staff in person. WhatsApp communication with the team was excellent though in recommending and booking us for a couple of winery tours which we really enjoyed. Breakfast is in a bakery around the corner so needed to pay extra for fruit & yogurt instead of pastry for GF husband even after asking about options before booking....

“Perfect location. But the Summer room did not have a shower enclosure which made it difficult to shower properly. Plus a lot of steps and a very, very slow and claustrophobic elevator.”

“This is a fair experience. This accomodation is an 8-room guesthouse -not a hotel in the traditional sense. It advertises as bed-and-breakfast but there is no breakfast. It’s main pro is its superb location, just few steps from Siena’s main square. Also, its manager is really customer oriented and tries his best to make you feel comfortable. “La Villa Sant’Andrea est idéalement située à quelques minutes en voiture de Sienne et de l’ensemble des commodités. Nous avons passé 3 nuits en famille dans cette maison pleine de charme. La chambre était confortable et bien entretenue. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et préparés avec soin. Parking gratuit et aisé devant la maison. Un immense merci à Maria et Chiara pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. Leur sourire et leur attention font toute la différence....

“There’s probably not a bad location in Montepulciano, but this place is pretty much ideal, just minutes from both the main square and the Main Street. Everything was clean and well maintained, and it has a nice rustic feel. The breakfast was great, with many sweet and savory choices in a buffet setting. The hosts are both friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!”
