This was such a lovely place to stay. It was in a good location for us to take day trips. Duncan and Nicola were wonderful hosts. Gave great recommendations for where to go, what to see and restaurants. Ten room was very comfortable and breakfast was delicious. We highly recommend it for others.

I loved this place. The hosts were so kind and helpful, making a big fuss of my granddaughter and bending over backwards to accommodate us. It’s a beautiful house and stunning area. 10/10

We stayed two nights. Arrival very organised. Room was spotless (and had phone charging points in the right places). Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent quality. Very friendly. We shall use again.

Duncan was very friendly and accommodating. He was propt with responses to emails and arranged an early check in. Our room was comfortable and had a wonderful view of the back garden. Leven House is less than 5 minutes from the town square. Duncan was very knowledgeable about the area and had good recommendations.

Excellent Leven House

Very clean, comfortable room. The hosts were most helpful, and welcoming. Our stay was during lockdown, so there weren’t any restaurants open. Every evening a table was set to allow us to bring take always. The provided breakfasts were excellent. I would not hesitate to stay again, or recommend anyone to do so.

Great House Hotel. Hosts, Frank & Agnes were very welcoming, and always available. Excellent full Scottish breakfasts with a wide selections of food.....prepared to perfection. Great location, with private parking located just off the Main Street of this charming small town on the edge of the Central Highlands. Will return again in the future.

Absolutely great accommodation operated by a lovely couple who have clearly ran the Leven for many years. They took an interest in your trip and readily offered advice for the area. Excellent parking to the rear. Would have no hesitation in using the Leven again when in the area.

Central to Crieff excellent location for experience beautiful area. Car park at rear, run by helpful pleasant couple Good breakfast but only 8-9am Traditional style rooms were clean with tv and kettle. Comfortable bed Have kept business card às would go back.
